Menacorp’s main office is located in Downtown Dubai, a stone’s throw away from the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and from Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world.

We believe that Dubai is the optimal choice to oversee the development of our activities in the MENA region with easy access to fast growing markets such as CIS countries, Africa and the Indian subcontinent.

Although Dubai’s economy was initially built on revenues from the oil industry, revenue from petroleum and natural gas currently account for less than 2% of the emirate’s gross domestic product.

Today, Dubai has clearly established itself as the financial hub of the Middle East and North Africa region and attracts talents from all over the world thanks to its cosmopolitan vibe and state-of-the-art infrastructures. Moreover, Dubai enjoys a sophisticated service sector that features leading regional and international freight forwarders, shipping companies, insurers plus major international hotels, banks and financial services firms, lawyers, accounting firms, consultants, advertising agencies, top international exhibition and conference facilities, high quality offices and residential accommodations, first class hospitals, schools, shopping centers and recreational facilities.

All this energy and dynamism is fuelling the financial services industry which became a key pillar of Dubai’s development. With 3 of the 4 exchanges of the United Arab Emirates located in Dubai (DFM, Nasdaq Dubai and DGCX) and the DIFC’s plans to double its capacity in terms of offices in the coming years, it is clear that the development of the financial industry is a top priority for the local authorities. For example, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai declared his ambition to make Dubai the world center for the Islamic economy.

The city has the largest population of the Uni ted Arab Emirates (set to double in the coming years) and is poised to become the capital of the world when it will host the Expo 2020.

The future is bright.
